Looking for flexible work that fits around auditions, gigs, creative projects or freelancing? We\'re looking for friendly, confident and naturally chatty people to join the Restarts Sales Team at Freddie\'s Flowers. This is a well-paid, flexible part-time role that works brilliantly for actors, musicians, creatives, freelancers, graduates and career changers. Many people on our team balance this role alongside auditions, rehearsals, side hustles and creative work.
Sales experience is preferred, but it\'s absolutely not essential. If you\'re a charismatic, competitive and motivated person with a can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you. We\'re mainly looking for people with great energy who enjoy talking to others and want a long-term part-time role with strong earning potential.
If you like a good chinwag and enjoy a bit of friendly competition and want to work somewhere with a great atmosphere, this could be a great fit.
Role Overview
You\'ll be speaking with previous Freddie\'s Flowers customers over the phone, catching up with them about their experience and letting them know about the exciting improvements we\'ve made to the service. You\'ll also introduce them to our upcoming flower arrangements and encourage them to restart their subscription. It\'s a relaxed, conversational role. No aggressive selling, just friendly chats and helping people rediscover something they already loved.
Requirements
⏰ Shifts
Minimum: 3 shifts per week (you choose which days), with the opportunity to pick up more shifts if desired.
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday
9:30AM - 6:00PM
Saturday
10:00AM - 4:00PM
💸 Pay
Hourly wage + uncapped commission
Daily OTE: £120 - £350+
Pay frequency: Weekly
