We are recruiting for the General Paediatric Psychology Service within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB). Our service provides comprehensive, specialist clinical psychology services across all sectors of care for babies, children, and young people with long-term health conditions and their families.
You will work alongside an experienced team of Practitioner Psychologists, offering services to patients with long-term health conditions across various sites within CTMUHB.
The role involves providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions based on current evidence-based practices. You will work autonomously within professional guidelines and oversee the governance of psychological practices within the service.
Key responsibilities include leading, conducting, and supervising audit and research, developing and evaluating clinical and psychological programs, and contributing to team activities and developments.
You will also participate in professional activities related to Clinical Health Psychology and stay updated on NHS strategies and professional issues in this field.
