Permanent Recruitment Team Leader at Atlas Professionals
Atlas Professionals is recruiting a Senior Contracts Engineer for an Oil & Gas client based in Cove, Aberdeen. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home one day per week. The position is on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
Essential Qualifications
* 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas contracting with a proven track record of value delivery
* Management of Client Variations and Contract Amendments
* Ability to derive added value from suppliers, contain procurement costs, and mitigate exposure to risk
* Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude
* Team player and relationship builder focused on key performance measures
* Strong negotiator with good influencing and project management skills
* Outstanding communicator capable of engaging at all levels
* Tactful, commercially astute, with natural drive and energy
* Ability to relate to the dynamics of a start-up company
Desired Qualifications
* Experience from both oil operator and service company perspectives
* Knowledge of wells, particularly well abandonment requirements
