What is the Job?
This is an exciting opportunity where you would be responsible for creating and delivering marketing strategies for NI’s largest and most dynamic hotel group.
You will report to the Managing Director, and work closely with hotel general managers to deliver marketing campaigns to support revenue growth to for each property. You will attend Sales Meetings and promote new ideas and marketing initiatives, presenting ideas in a professional manner to Directors and Hotel General Managers
As departmental manager you will manage, the in-house marketing department team. Your strong coaching skills will and marketing experience support and develop team and help them achieve great results.

About The Role
Your Day to Day
Marketing & Brand Strategy
· Actively promote and increase awareness of Andras Hotel Group.
· Propose and implement hotel-specific marketing strategies, including website management, corporate brand marketing, and social media activity.
· Monitor marketing trends, tools, and applications specific to the hotel industry and target markets.
· Manage and ensure consistency with brand standards, adhering to corporate standards in all collateral and advertising materials.
· Ensure maximum exposure is achieved for all hotel activities, functions, and promotional programmes.
Digital Marketing & Content Management
· Create and manage online content to raise brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives.
· Maintain the accuracy and relevance of content on .
· Ensure the marketing team develops marketing activities and produces promotional materials including digital/online campaigns, website content, print marketing, fact sheets, and social media content in line with the overall marketing plan.
Campaigns, Promotions & Events
· Ensure the marketing department develops and implements designated projects, ideas, concepts, products, promotions, exhibitions, and events.
· Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns to support hotel objectives and revenue growth.
Reporting, Analysis & Revenue Support
· Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Work closely with Revenue Management to maximise the potential of key marketing strategies, including third-party websites.
· Generate and deliver monthly marketing analysis reports and updates to Directors, Sales, and Revenue Management teams.
· Manage marketing budgets in line with the financial allocations set within the marketing plan.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with external Design and PR agencies to achieve marketing goals.
· Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with Directors, the Marketing Team, and Hotel Managers.
People
· Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team
· Lead the ongoing development of your team by providing constructive feedback, setting clear performance objectives, and actively recognising and rewarding high performance
· Ensure all work within the marketing department is completed to agreed standards and within required timeframes.
· Oversee the day-to-day effectiveness and delivery of the marketing function to support business objectives

Required Criteria
* • BA/BSc in a marketing or business qualification
* • 3+ years’ experience in marketing or business development-related role
* • Competency in digital marketing
* • Proven success of building strategic campaigns and solving business queries
* • Ability to multi-task in demanding/fast-paced environment, adhering to strict deadlines
* • Strong verbal and written communication skills
* • Motivated self-starter with optimistic outlook
* • Proficiency in a range of marketing applications
