Business Administration & Compliance Coordinator
ITS are a fast-growing retail group with turnover approaching £100 million. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a highly organised Business Administration & Compliance Coordinator to support directors and management with the smooth running of our property, compliance, and wider corporate administration.
This varied role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience in a corporate or property environment, and who is confident handling documentation, compliance records, and multi-departmental projects.
Key Responsibilities
Property Administration
* Support the management of our expanding property portfolio.
* Maintain records of leases, service charges, rent reviews, renewals, and key deadlines.
* Liaise with landlords, agents, and contractors on property-related matters.
Compliance & Risk
* Maintain GDPR compliance records and documentation.
* Assist with company-wide compliance, including:
* Financial compliance checks
* Ethical trading and operations
* Employee training records and policies
* Ensure timely renewal and management of business insurance policies.
* Assist in preparing planning applications and liaising with relevant authorities.
Business Administration & Support
* Help with customer and employee dispute resolution processes.
* Maintain R&D record-keeping to support claims and reporting.
* Assist with trading standards and other regulatory compliance.
* Provide admin support to directors and managers across the business, including preparing reports, filing documentation, and updating policies.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong administrative background with exposure to property, compliance, or corporate governance.
* Organised and methodical, able to manage multiple ongoing projects and deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable handling structured documents, compliance policies, and detailed record-keeping.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
