Responsibilities
* Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone.
* Managing the diaries and ensuring time is filled correctly.
* Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice.
* Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale.
* Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt.
* Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations.
Key Skills and Experience
* Ability to easily build rapport and deliver a high level of customer service.
* Passion to learn and become an expert on the treatments offered by the practice.
* Drive to support the practice's success by seizing opportunities.
* Ability to follow processes and work in a structured and organised way.
* Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture and rebooking).
* IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software.
* Positive, resilient, and composed under pressure with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent team player.
