An excellent interim opportunity for a Building Surveyor to lead the delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for someone confident in managing project lifecycles across residential, commercial, and public assets — acting as Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
The role:
* Running multiple concurrent projects across various stages (RIBA 0–7)
* Managing consultants and contractors, producing tender packs, contract docs, and specs
* Acting as Principal Designer and leading on regulatory submissions (planning/building control)
* Overseeing risk, cost, and quality while building strong client relationships
What we’re looking for:
* Chartered or experienced Building Surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB preferred)
* Deep understanding of CDM Regs, Building Regs, and JCT contracts
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* AutoCAD and NBS proficient
