What We're Looking For Core Technical Capabilities You don't NEED "Technical Architect" on your CV, but you do need to demonstrate architectural thinking and delivery. We're looking for evidence that you: Design and implement technical solutions for modern, enterprise-scale systems using effective patterns and appropriate technologies Take ownership of architectural designs from conception through to live service Possess deep knowledge of software development practices, programming languages, and design methodologies, and know when to apply each Translate business requirements into implementable components that deliver tangible outcomes Champion non-functional requirements and architectural quality attributes Consultancy Mindset Technical expertise alone isn't enough.
