The Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Support pupils with their educational, social, and emotional development. Work closely with teachers to deliver individual and small-group learning activities. Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning. Assist with personal care where required. Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Contribute to pupil progress monitoring and record keeping. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has experience working with children or young people, preferably those with SEND. Demonstrates patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
