About the Role
Complete classroom services are seeking a confident and proactive HR, Finance & Compliance Officer to join our dedicated school support team. This is a finance-heavy role, ideal for someone with strong experience in school finance systems who is looking to develop their skills.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our back-office operations, supporting the Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day financial management, HR administration, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day financial operations, including purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations, and budget monitoring.
* Use FMS and Bromcom to process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
* Support the HR function with staff records, onboarding, and recruitment administration (training provided).
* Assist in maintaining compliance records, including safeguarding checks and health & safety documentation.
* Work closely with senior leaders to ensure policies, procedures, and audits are up to date.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Provide general administrative and office support as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in School Finance (essential).
* Working knowledge of FMS and Bromcom (essential).
* A willingness to learn HR and compliance functions (training will be provided).
* Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
* A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine team spirit.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
