Responsibilities will include
* Reporting into the QHSE Lead and supporting the wider business to achieve its objectives.
* Oversight, planning and conducting internal audits, to maintain our ISO9001:2015 accreditation.
* Drive continual improvement throughout the business.
* Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance our operations.
* Work alongside the Enterprise team to ensure new systems meet Quality Requirements and have the appropriate Process and Procedures to support.
* Analyse current workflows and exercise the freedom to redesign or improve procedures/Processes.
* Assist in the preparation and hosting of external audits to international standards and our future customer assessments.
* Assisting in the Integration of our QMS, SMS and EMS to form our Business Management System.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pass information clearly and accurately.
* Have the ability to meet set deadlines and to understand when problems need to be referred upwards.
* Have the ability to organise and present information clearly, concisely and accurately.
* Strong leadership, motivational and mediation skills, and the ability to take initiative without guidance

Qualifications and Experience
* Internal Auditor Trained ideally Lead Auditor Trained
* Minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Have experience in working within the requirements of NATO AQAP’s
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in marine manufacturing
* Full UK Driving License
* Strong problem-solving skills
