Title: Booking.com Revenue & Account Manager – Boutique Inn & Luxury Private Estate Description: We operate two premium hospitality properties in Northumberland, UK: • The Percy Arms – boutique village inn with rooms & restaurant • Fowberry Tower – luxury private estate for exclusive stays & events We are seeking an experienced Booking.com account manager to take full responsibility for optimisation and performance. Scope includes: • Daily management of Booking.com extranet • Revenue management & dynamic pricing strategy • Availability & restriction management • Message handling & response optimisation • Review management • Ranking optimisation • Performance reporting (weekly summary) Ideal candidate: • Proven experience managing Booking.com for hotels or premium rentals • Demonstrable increase in occupancy and/or ADR • Strong understanding of UK market • Strategic thinker – not just an administrator This is an ongoing monthly role.
