NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included. The shift pattern for this post is yet to be confimed. This is a Fixed term post for 12 months An exciting 1 year (fixed term) opportunity has arisen to support the implementation of the West of Scotland Cancer Network (WoSCAN) electronic Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) system as part of an ongoing wider MDT Improvement Programme. The post holder will facilitate the introduction and smooth adoption of the electronic MDT platform across the four WoSCAN health boards, in multiple MDTs across various tumour specific specialties. Working closely with clinical, managerial and eHealth teams, the post holder will coordinate project activities, support system users, and assist in the transition from legacy systems to the new electronic platform. The focus of the post is to provide practical support, facilitate communication, and ensure effective implementation by engaging stakeholders, organising training, and monitoring progress. We are looking for a confident, highly motivated individual with a broad range of project related skills to join our small established team to help drive this work forward.
