As an Area Sales Executive, you'll: Generate and convert your own leads — no limits, no hand-holding Build and manage a pipeline that delivers consistent results Onboard new clients and get them trading fast Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Track your performance through our CRM and own your numbers Solve problems, close deals, and grow your territory If This Sounds Like You, We Could Be the Company for You You're a self-starter. Here's what you'll need to succeed: Proven B2B sales experience (field or telesales) Relentless drive to exceed targets Confidence, resilience, and strong negotiation skills A full UK driving licence and access to your own car A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a bonus, but not essential Note: You'll need your own vehicle for the first 3 months. A car allowance is included from day one.
