Your Role The Internal Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing business with Bronze and other selected customer accounts through effective relationship management, range selling, cross-selling, and value-based pricing strategies. This role focuses on remote sales activity, opportunity development, and proactive account management to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and grow business with Bronze and other designated customer accounts through effective account management and sales strategies. Maximise revenue through range selling, cross-selling, and value-based pricing initiatives. Execute end-to-end remote sales activity, including preparing proposals, coordinating internal stakeholders, negotiating terms, closing deals, and responding to RFQs. Identify high-potential accounts and develop targeted strategies to convert prospects into active customers. Proactively identify, prioritise, and contact new and existing prospects to generate growth opportunities. Manage customer-related initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system. Complete all required sales activity reporting and documentation in line with internal processes.
