Leadenhall Search is currently partnering with a growing boutique strategy consultancy to support the hire of a Manager within their London office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years, coming from MBBs, Big 4 strategy houses, Tier 1 or boutique FS consultancies.

The Role
This opportunity offers the chance to lead high-impact consulting engagements end-to-end, work closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams, take ownership of complex strategic and operational initiatives, and play a visible role in the continued growth of an entrepreneurial, high-performing consulting firm that promotes early responsibility and clear progression.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing project delivery across multiple engagements or workstreams
• Structuring complex business problems into actionable solutions
• Leading client meetings, workshops, and executive discussions
• Coaching and developing junior consultants
• Supporting business development, proposals, and client relationship growth
• Contributing to thought leadership and broader firm-building initiatives
The ideal profile:
• 4–8 years of experience within strategy consulting
• Exposure to financial services, insurance, or broader commercial strategy work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience leading teams and managing senior client relationships
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Motivated by ownership, impact, and long-term career progression
