The Growth Company (GC) Education and Skills team is seeking a Resourcer responsible for managing the end-to-end candidate recruitment process to fill various programmes, aiming to meet and exceed business targets in start volumes and retention. The role involves understanding candidates' skills, support needs, and career aspirations to match them with suitable opportunities, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
As a leading provider of skills and training in the UK, GC Education & Skills supports businesses and individuals by developing skills across diverse sectors and levels, collaborating with top businesses to enhance career prospects and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advertise Apprenticeship vacancies, Traineeships, and other programmes to attract suitable candidates.
2. Organise and attend recruitment events, promote offerings, and manage logistics including presentations and marketing materials.
3. Conduct quality IAG interviews and assessments to make appropriate offers and ensure programme suitability.
4. Provide Information, Advice, and Guidance to help candidates make informed decisions, maximizing retention and qualification achievement.
5. Assist learners nearing the end of their programmes to progress to the next level or other positive destinations.
6. Manage candidate pools efficiently to ensure quick placement and high service quality.
7. Oversee the recruitment process for employer vacancies and traineeships, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
8. Identify opportunities to promote other group products to meet business targets.

Skills Required:
1. Ability to motivate employers and individuals, building strong relationships.
2. Maths and English GCSEs at grades A-C/4-9.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Experience with data capture systems.
5. IAG qualification or working towards it (desirable).
6. Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in Greater Manchester.
7. Understanding of diverse learner needs and support options.
