This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales job. It’s about consultative selling, understanding what your clients need, and creating tailored fire and security solutions that really work.
What you’ll be doing:
* Building and growing long-term service and system contracts with commercial clients.
* Advising on upgrades and system improvements – CCTV, fire alarms, intruder systems, access control and more.
* Spotting new business opportunities, visiting client sites, and creating tailored proposals.
* Working closely with engineers and account managers to ensure solutions are delivered smoothly.
* Managing your own diary – whether you’re on the road, working from home, or dropping into the office.
What you’ll need:
* Experience in field sales – ideally within fire & security or technical B2B environments.
* A consultative, solutions-led approach – you’ll enjoy getting under the skin of a client’s setup and finding the right fit.
* Commercial awareness and the confidence to develop your own patch.
* A full UK driving licence.

* Guaranteed £500/month commission for your first six months.
