To develop, implement, monitor, and review strategies, systems, and processes to ensure that the Force manages its Vehicle Recovery responsibilities in the most efficient and effective way. To develop, progress and explore opportunities in relation to the vehicle recovery collaboration including income generation and cost recovery.
