Stepping into the role of Concierge, you’ll be the face of the building and the heartbeat of the resident journey across a vibrant community of 120+ studios.
You’ll be the go to person for residents: welcoming them, supporting their day-to-day needs, and making sure every interaction adds to an exceptional living experience.
No two days are the same. One moment you’re leading a viewing and turning it into a booking, the next you’re greeting residents, managing parcels, logging issues, or jumping in to help run an event. It’s a fast-paced, people-first role where your energy and attention to detail help create an exceptional resident experience.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for residents, delivering a polished and personable service that reflects the brand’s high standards.
