As a Team Coordinator/Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Partners and architectural teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Diary & Meeting Coordination
2. Project Administration
3. Risk Management & Quality Control
4. Project Management Support
5. Document & CDE Management
6. Team Coordination
7. General Administrative Support
What we are looking for:
8. Proven experience in a team coordinator, project administrator, or similar role
9. Proficiency in document control using tools like Aconex, CEMAR, Atvero, or CMap PIM
10. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and compiling client reports
11. Strong organisational skills with a flexible, self-directed approach
12. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across all levels
13. High attention to detail and commercial awareness
14. Familiarity with architectural or design studio environments is a plus!
