A well-established regional build contractor is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Technical Manager to support the design and delivery of projects across its portfolio. This role will focus primarily on RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5, ensuring technical design information is coordinated, compliant, and buildable before and during construction. Working closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors, the Technical Manager will play a key role in bridging the gap between design and delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations, technical compliance, and the practical nuances of construction, ensuring that designs translate effectively onto site.
