Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits management.
* Assist in handling daily HR operations, including filing and maintaining staff data in HRIS.
* Assist in office administration and facility duties, including managing vendor invoicing and office utilities.
* Support in organizing company events and activities.
* Support ad-hoc projects related to People & Culture.
Experience Required:
* Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
* Approachable attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dynamic, customer-centric attitude.
* Detail-oriented team player.
* Proactive with the ability to multi-task.
* Workday experience is an advantage.
