Job Title: Additional Learning Support Manager/SENDco Location: Coventry Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours per Week: 37 per week Salary: £45,710 to £48,500 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) About Us Coventry College is a dynamic Further Education provider at the heart of the city, offering high-quality vocational, technical, and professional education to learners of all ages, from Entry Level to Higher Education. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key learner support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. The successful candidate will take the lead in managing and developing SEND practice at the College, ensuring appropriate support for learners, through managing a team of practitioners and specialists. Whether supporting students, staff, systems, or services, you’ll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on collaboration, teamwork, and attention to detail.
