We're currently recruiting an ambitious Breakfast Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for our overnight guests at Hever Castle. As a Breakfast Chef, you will have experience in both A’La Carte and Buffet service.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, cooking and presenting our hot and cold Breakfast menu in line with the Head Chef Specification
* Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
* Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
* Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
* Kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
* Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
