The Role
We re seeking adaptable, compassionate teachers with a strong understanding of SEMH needs, who can engage students through creativity, consistency, and care. We have roles available in specialist provisions, alternative settings, and mainstream schools with dedicated SEMH units.
You Will:
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students
* Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet a wide range of emotional and learning needs
* Work as part of a supportive team focused on inclusion and progress
* Demonstrate resilience, empathy and a solution-focused mindset
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience (or strong interest) in working with SEMH students
* A proactive and positive approach to classroom management
* Able to commit to roles across South London (Lambeth, Southwark, Croydon, etc.)
