Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in Banbury. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of service coordination, including supplier warranty repairs, customer inquiries, scheduling engineering visits, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all supplier warranty repairs and returns efficiently and effectively.
* Handle inbound customer requests via phone and email, providing timely and accurate assistance.
* Log service calls accurately and prioritise based on urgency and customer needs.
* Plan engineering schedules, ensuring timely visits and optimal resource allocation.
* Process orders and pricing accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
