We are looking for an experienced, Childcare Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Cosy Corner Day Nursery - Oxton. The nursery has an outstanding reputation in the local community and is in a prime location. This role is full-time 40 hours per week.
Cosy Corner Day Nursery is a wonderful family-run nursery that is a key part of the local community; providing the highest standards of care and education to ensure children are supported to be their best individual self.
Qualifications and Experience
* Hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse
* Emphasis on wellbeing, with access to the BUPA helpline

Ideal Candidate
* Have the relevant qualifications and at least 6 months experience working at Level 3 or above
* Are an energetic and innovative individual and enjoy working in a creative setting
* Are able to work to high standards and use your initiative as required by the job
* Are in tune with a child's interests and able to capture those “teachable” moments, while inspiring awe and wonder in each individual child to extend on their learning and development outcomes
* Have experience of taking responsibility for key children's learning and development and can monitor, assess, and record children's outcomes; able to evaluate and plan challenging yet fun next steps
