Location: Riduna Park - Melton Hours: Full Time - 37hpw Contract: Permanent Salary: £47917.60 per annum What You’ll Be Doing Lead, inspire, and develop a housing team to deliver outstanding services to our tenants Line manage our desk-based coordinators, enhancing the service provided to both customers and internal teams Oversee coordinators who deliver a wide range of support, enabling officers in the community to focus on proactive engagement and customer support Work closely with our Customer Services Hub to identify areas for service improvement and explore opportunities to strengthen community engagement Support the Head of Housing in delivering our housing strategy Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements Champion a coaching leadership style, empowering your team to make confident, customer-focused decisions Support the resolution of complex housing enquiries and challenges Drive continuous improvement across the service Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners Use data and insight to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement What You'll Bring Proven experience in housing management, ideally within social housing Experience leading and developing high-performing teams A passion for delivering excellent customer service Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance Experience in continuous improvement and shaping service delivery Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills GCSEs (or equivalent) CIH Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards) Full UK driving licence Please see the attached Housing Manager - The Part I Play for further details on responsibilities and requirements.
