🚀 Clinical Trial Manager (Contract) | Cell Therapy / Oncology | UK Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join a leading biotechnology organisation on a 12-month contract basis.
📍 Location: Stockley Park, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week required)
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of innovative Cell Therapy and Oncology clinical trials, managing European and potentially global study activities across Phase I–III programmes.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the European component of global outsourced clinical studies
✅ Oversee CROs and external vendors to ensure successful study delivery
✅ Maintain study timelines, budgets, and operational plans
✅ Coordinate the review and development of study documentation including protocols, informed consent forms, monitoring plans, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive study progress and resolve operational challenges
✅ Support vendor selection activities, including RFP development and evaluation
✅ Conduct oversight monitoring visits where required
✅ Ensure effective management of site budgets and contracts
✅ Contribute to clinical operations initiatives and continuous improvement activities
What We're Looking For
🔹 Strong clinical trial management experience within multinational studies (preferably across Europe)
🔹 Experience in Oncology and/or Cell Therapy highly preferred
🔹 Previous monitoring experience is highly desirable
🔹 Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA/EU clinical trial regulations
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Experience working with CROs and external vendors
