Credit Controller (Part-Time) – Ballymena - £28,–£30, FTE (pro rata for 24 hours per week)
A well-established and growing manufacturing business is currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join its finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and playing a key role in supporting cash flow and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
·Manage and monitor customer credit accounts
·Assess creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits
·Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
·Follow up overdue accounts via phone, email, and statements
·Resolve billing disputes and invoice queries efficiently
·Prepare aged debtor reports and cash collection forecasts
·Reduce debtor days and minimise bad debt exposure
·Maintain accurate customer and payment records
·Liaise with sales, finance, and customer service teams
·Support month-end reporting and audit requirements
·Carry out additional duties as required
Essential Criteria
·2–5 years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivable
·Strong knowledge of credit management and collection procedures
·Experience using accounting or ERP systems
·Strong Excel and reporting skills
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills
·Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
·Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
