Learn more about the career below.About the Job:Reporting to the Area Coach, the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) manages a Taco Bell restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximisation. As an RGM, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, performing hands-on work to train employees, responding to customer service needs, and modelling appropriate behaviours in the restaurant.
