The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Sales Lead in our UK Account Managementteam to manage and oversee the UK team based in Brighton, and scale growth to the next level. The candidate will be responsible for building a team focused on supporting customers along their journey and also proactively reaching out to them to develop new business opportunities within and outside the photography industry, increasing the MPB customer portfolio.
The candidate should be familiar with strategy and planning, forecasting resources and targets along with helping the team negotiate complex deals, and deep dive into the competition with the aim of being the first choice for our customers.
The role is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of customers, the competitive market and an ability to analyse performance.
This role will report to the Global Head of Seller Experience and will ensure that the team meets the selling KPIs, keeping high conversion and hitting high customers standards and satisfaction. We are looking for somebody who will always raise the bar to delight our customers, achieve ambitious targets and contribute to the business growth. The candidate will monitor, report and communicate results to the leadership, will also lead strategic projects that will benefit the team and the whole business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a team of Account Managers
* Building a data driven team which always challenge the status quo and gather data insight to constantly improve the customer journey
* Driving culture of excellence by raising the bar to not only meet customers needs but also delight and surprise them

* Monitoring and reporting KPIs along the customer's journey

Person Specification:
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced, data-driven Account Management / Business Development leader - with a proven track record of running a high performing team, establishing proactive business development strategies, setting and achieving key KPI’s and seeing ‘new leads’ through to conversion for the business - with a commercial focus.
