From the first coffee poured to the final smile shared, every moment in Pausa is a chance to brighten someone’s day — and you’ll be right at the centre of it all. Our coffee shops, titled Pausa, are thriving and it is our Coffee Shop Assistants at the heart of their success. You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build knowledge of our product range and connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and effort.
Pay: 16-17 - £7.55 per hour. 18+ - £12.21 per hour. This is a Seasonal position with an end date of 14 February 2026.
