Overview
An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of infrastructure and regeneration projects, focused on progressing schemes from feasibility through to procurement (design & build stage).
This role is suited to someone with strong technical awareness across civil engineering and public realm projects, capable of managing multiple workstreams at pace.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead feasibility studies across a range of infrastructure schemes
* Progress projects to procurement-ready stage (design & build)
* Coordinate technical inputs across internal and external teams
* Manage multiple schemes including:
o Public realm improvements
o Pedestrian / cycle infrastructure
o Bridge upgrades and widening
* Engage with private landowners, developers, and external stakeholders
* Ensure alignment with funding and regeneration objectives
Key Requirements xsngvjr
* Strong background in infrastructure / civil engineering project delivery
* Experience across early project stages (RIBA 0-4 or equivalent)
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent schemes
* Proven stakeholder engagement, including private sector interface
* Public sector experience preferred
