We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Production Manager for our Nightshift, scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, to join our dynamic team. Nightshift Hours

Responsibilities
* Assist the Production Manager in overseeing nightshift operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
* Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and output.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
* Assist in training and developing nightshift staff to improve performance and adherence to quality standards.
* Conduct quality checks and respond promptly to any production issues or discrepancies.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and ensure minimal downtime.
* Gather and analyze production data to prepare reports that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a production management role, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and quality assurance procedures.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a nightshift team effectively.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to work well under pressure.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
* Willingness to work night shifts, including potential overtime, as required.
