We are looking for a talented Commercial & Construction Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join our growing team. You will be working with household brand names and owner-managed businesses on a wide range of general commercial matters across various industry sectors. Our team advises on the full spectrum of commercial law matters—from contract drafting and outsourcing agreements to cross-border projects in highly regulated sectors.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate either (i) experience advising clients on non-contentious construction law matters, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts (e.g. JCTs and NECs) and collateral warranties, sub-contracts and consultant appointments or (ii) a strong desire to become an expert in the field of Construction Law.
You will play a key role in delivering clear and practical advice that meets client needs, building strong client relationships, and working as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a flexible, supportive, and encouraging environment.
Experience gained at a Legal 500/Chambers-ranked firm or equivalent in-house legal team.
~ Strong, well-rounded knowledge of commercial law, with demonstrable experience advising on a commercial law portfolio.
~ Experience in construction law or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
