Reed HR are currently recruiting for a Regional HR Advisor to join an educational organisation on a permanent basis.
The role will require someone to support the school Leadership Teams with all aspects of the people management agenda and enable them to deliver a well-run organisation that can focus on improving educational attainment for students.They willsupport the Head Office HR team to continually develop professional practice and add value to the Trust and provide an HR service to Head Office employees. The role will be based at local schools so travel will be required.
