About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Senior Family Support Worker to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will: Support the delivery of Level 2 early help support to children, young people, and families. Work closely with schools, health services, and other key partners to identify needs and implement effective support plans. Provide direct support to families through one-to-one interventions, group work, and community-based initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as a key link between schools and community services to ensure timely and appropriate support. Undertake assessments and develop family support plans in line with the Early Help Framework. Monitor outcomes and maintain accurate records using case management systems. Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children at all times. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in working with children and families in a multi-agency context. Skilled in assessment, planning, and delivering targeted interventions. Knowledgeable about safeguarding, child development, and the Early Help process. A confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills.
