* Checking the accuracy of documentation and shipping labels, including SSCC labels, barcodes and delivery notes
* Troubleshooting issues with order flows, stock allocation and EDI integrations to keep operations running smoothly
* Tracking and reporting KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, compliance error rate and chargeback levels, and implementing corrective actions where needed.
As a Warehouse Lead, your experience will include:
* Proven experience in warehouse operations or order fulfilment management, ideally within a retail distribution or B2B fulfilment environment
* A solid understanding of retail compliance standards for major retailers and online marketplaces
* Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP and EDI systems
* Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, coach and support supervisors and operatives in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability and a structured approach to reducing errors and penalties
* Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse or fulfilment setting, and a current forklift licence would be an advantage (not essential).
