Our client is a very early stage financial services provider operating in personal finance and business banking. They plan to launch with a focus on credit cards, then expand into personal and business current accounts, and eventually apply for a banking license.
They have substantial funding, making this an exciting opportunity, more than many well-known fintechs at the same stage.
The role of the Executive Assistant / Office Manager
The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will organize and coordinate office administration, ensure efficiency and safety, and provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and occasionally to the Board of Directors.
* Manage office organization, reception team, IT liaison, project management, and document security
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, correspondence, and HR matters, liaising between management and staff
* Perform duties professionally, adhering to policies and guidelines
Duties & Responsibilities
This role includes, but is not limited to, ensuring compliance with health and safety, GDPR, maintaining filing systems, working with IT, managing social media, understanding property management systems, managing supplies, recruitment, and updating employee policies.
Administrative Duties
* Organize appointments and meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts
* Attend meetings, take minutes, and circulate them
