Responsibilities
* Process and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices and payments.
* Assist with reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of accounts.
* Support the preparation of financial reports for internal use.
* Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve financial queries.
* Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.
* Assist in monitoring budgets and financial performance metrics.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
Qualifications
* Experience in a finance or administrative role, ideally within the retail industry.
* A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* The ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
