Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Warehouse Operations Analyst Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description The Warehouse Operations Analyst will support Engineering & Operational activities and projects across Europe. Primary responsibilities will include supporting Warehouse execution activities, operational IT changes, operational processes, and storage analyses. This position supports our Distribution Operations, across 6 warehouses and 4 3PL locations with a team of more than 150 warehouse operations employees and handling more than 2.6 million lines per year. Key Responsibilities: Use ERP/WMS system to analyse and monitor inventory storage and set-up across the distribution centres to ensure efficiency and productivity of the receiving, picking, packing and shipping activities. Ensure compliance of inventory storage to regulatory requirements and company policies (Chemical, Cold Chain and consumables) Ensure ERP/WMS IT change projects are delivered with a high standard to avoid any operational issues during implementation. Support and provide input into new DC sites and CAPEX projects where required such as warehouse storage design, equipment, automation, MHE selection etc. Provide data and reports to leadership team on key metrics such as warehouse capacity, efficiency of storage, operational tasks and performance. Ensure all WMS IT changes are tested in line with the IT deployment schedule. Lead and support continuous improvement agenda through use of PPI tools. Key Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge and experience of ERP/WMS systems (example - IBS, SAP, Manhattan, Red Prairie or other best in breed). with strong data-analytical background. Strong data analysis & problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of distribution and warehousing activities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio). Ability to work in a multi-functional European team and Willingness to travel (10-20%). Proficient in English language - French and/or German a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and interaction skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Beneficial Microsoft Access database and Power BI SQL data base knowledge including writing queries Experience working with a quality management system (ISO) Continuous improvement experience qualifications (Lean, PPI, MOST, 5S etc.) Project management experience AutoCAD experience Minimum Requirements / Experience: A Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics, or relevant field Or Technical apprenticeship coupled with equivalent training and experience (NVQ, HND, HNC etc) Strong ERP/WMS experience - (example - IBS, SAP, Manhattan, Red Prairie or other best in breed). Background of project management with full cycle of responsibilities.
