We are partnering with a well regarded, independent Estate and Lettings Agency who are looking to add an experienced Negotiator to their sales team in Gloucester.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Handle new enquiries, arranging appropriate viewings
* Carry out structured, detailed viewings
* Negotiate offers, liaising between Buyers and Sellers
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
What’s in it for you:
* Base Salary of £25-28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be in excess of £40,000

About you:
* Previous experience in a Sales Negotiator position is essential
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
* Self motivated, with a mindset of continued improvement
* Full UK driving licence, plus use of your own business appropriate car
