Location: Middlesbrough, Teesside
Pay: £101.40 – £105 per week
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm

The Role – Teaching Assistant – Middlesbrough Primary Schools
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Encouraging an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued
2. Leading targeted small-group and one-to-one intervention sessions
3. Providing tailored academic and pastoral support to pupils
4. Collaborating with teachers to prepare and adapt learning resources
5. Contributing to a safe, positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere
Essential Requirements – Middlesbrough Primary Schools
6. Recent experience working within an educational setting
7. Confident numeracy and literacy skills
8. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB) or equivalent experience
9. Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a classroom team
