Process Operator Job Role: * Operate machinery in the blending and pressing areas of the site. * Complete first-line fault diagnosis and carry out routine checks and maintenance. * Ensure consistent product quality and output. * Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain a clean, well-organised workspace. * Accurately record and update data using internal systems such as SAP and OEE. * Support your shift team in meeting production and quality goals. Process Operator Skills Role: * Experience working in food production, feed manufacturing, milling, or technical processing roles. * A proactive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team. * Solid communication skills across multiple levels. * Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow established processes. * Basic mechanical/process understanding is beneficial.
