Customer Service Administrator:
Salary: Up to £25k depending on experience
Location: Dartford
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. NO WEEKENDS!

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a UK industry leader in Dartford. Your responsibilities will include handling telephone calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries. You will assist customers with access to products and direct them to appropriate departments. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently
* Process orders received via email or fax and ensure their completion
* Assist customers with placing orders and checking stock availability
* Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns, recording activities for swift resolution
* Collaborate with logistics colleagues on delivery or dispatch issues
* Perform other general office duties as required
Requirements:
* Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
* Ability to manage complaints effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* EU work permit required
