We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve progressed from vision to prototype, secured a world-class production facility and delivery team, and delivered Grenadiers to customers worldwide. We’re also building our double cab pick-up, the Quartermaster.

As part of our Global HQ team, the Sales Campaign Manager drives global sales performance by launching and implementing tools, incentives, and customer sales programs that support regional objectives. The role involves supporting the Commercial team to maximize sales channel performance and improve sales funnel conversion through ongoing monitoring, reporting, and analysis. This position is crucial to ensure our sales strategies are competitive and measurable, ultimately maximizing sales volume and profitability.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tactical sales campaigns and customer offers aligned with global and regional sales objectives. Monitor ongoing campaign performance.
2. Performance Measurement: Analyze sales KPIs, highlight key market trends, and campaign performance metrics. Implement digital tools for tracking and reporting effectiveness.
3. Strategy Adaptation: Adjust campaign strategies based on regional feedback and data analysis to enhance market responsiveness.
4. Digital and IT Integration: Develop sales systems and tracking tools, ensuring the digital dashboard provides comprehensive insights.
5. Fleet Sales, Demo, and Internal Sales Channel Management: Oversee these sales channels effectively.
6. Program Launch Support: Assist regional teams in activating commercial programs effectively.
7. Sales Journey: Create a best-in-class sales experience for customers.
What we are looking for:
* Experience within the automotive industry, particularly with Sales and Retail Networks, is essential.
* A strong understanding of KPIs that drive sales performance.
* A data-driven decision-making approach.
* Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills.
* Leadership skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
* This is a global role; willingness and ability to travel are required.
