New opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to work onsite in a manufacturing company in Thame.
This is a temp-to-perm role, with the initial 6 months period as a temp, and then permanent with the company.
General admin duties will include supporting finance/purchasing/sales departments.
Example duties include:
* Filing, Scanning and Entering supplier invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
* Liaising with procurement to respond to supplier enquiries
* Chasing overdue customer payments and issuing monthly statements
The pay rate is £13.45 per hour.
There is flexibility on the hours worked.
This role could suit an Admin Assistant looking for 25 hours per week 5 days per week onsite 9:30am to 2:30pm
Or could work can work up to 40 hours per week 5 days per week onsite between 8:30am to 5:00pm.
