Important: Due to the level of security clearance required, all applicants must be eligible to obtain UKEYES ONLY clearance, and therefore be a Sole UK National.
Working: The role is office/hybrid based with occasional travel to other company/customer's sites in the UK or abroad. Office site presence, anticipated 3 days onsite, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager:
* Be the primary customer contact.
* Manage a portfolio of similar or related projects, achieving customer requirements and meeting business goals of schedule, budget, deliveries, risk management, and securing new/follow-on business.
* Monitor project performance against plan, cost, and delivery, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
* Provide accurate cost and schedule data for bids and reports.
* Lead the team, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and ensure a shared understanding of project scope.
* Motivate and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Perform other duties as reasonably required by senior management.
* Experience in new product implementation and development is desirable.
Experience needed:
* Proven track record as a Project Manager, managing full project lifecycle.
* Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Commercial awareness and customer focus.
* Resilience under pressure and sound judgment.
* Proficiency with project management tools and ERP systems such as IFS.
Desirable experience:
* Experience in Defence, Aerospace, or safety-regulated environments.
* Degree or equivalent in Physics, Electronics, Hardware, Computer Science, Software, or Systems Engineering.
* Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects, especially in systems engineering or manufacturing.
* Knowledge of Naval/Maritime domains is advantageous.
